OneCallShield matches each consumer request with a single agent. However, we cannot guarantee that your matched agent will be able to provide you with insurance coverage, that their rates will meet your expectations, or that you will ultimately purchase a policy.
OneCallShield does not provide insurance advice, recommendations, or guidance. All insurance-related advice and recommendations are solely the responsibility of your matched licensed agent.

Agents agree to pay all applicable fees as communicated by OneCallShield at the time of enrollment or as subsequently updated with reasonable notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Agents agree to conduct themselves professionally, ethically, and in compliance with all applicable laws when interacting with consumers matched through OneCallShield. Any complaints received about agent conduct may result in removal from the platform.
OneCallShield reserves the right to terminate any agent's access to the platform at any time for violation of these Terms, failure to maintain required licensing, unprofessional conduct, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at info@onecallshield.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving notice.
If informal resolution fails, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.
You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Either party may seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
OneCallShield reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.
